warranty INFO 

At CliC Eyewear your complete satisfaction is our priority and we stand behind all of our products. Our products are covered for manufacturing defects for 6 months from the date of purchase.

CliC Eyewear will repair or replace any pair of glasses found to be defective - exclusive of damage caused by improper or unreasonable use with the same style glasses. Upon approval, warranty claims are entitled to a one-time replacement for original items.

The warranty does not apply to normal wear, including lens scratching or accidental breakage.   

Before submitting your warranty claim, please have the following ready:
1. Two (2) photos of the glasses: one showing the front of the frame, and another showing an overhead view that includes both the frame and headband.
2. A copy of your original proof of purchase (if the glasses were purchased directly through our website, proof of purchase is not required.)
