We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible! Orders placed before 12:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday, are generally shipped the next business day from our Appleton, WI distribution center. While there may be occasional exceptions, most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.
Shipping is FREE on every order — no minimum. All packages ship out via USPS Ground Advantage. Estimated 5-10 business day depending where you leave.Need it sooner? Priority Mail is available for $10. Estimated 3–5 business days depending where you live.

Send your glasses back for an exchange or refund within 30 days of your original order date. Your exchange or refund value will be for the original amount paid at the time of purchase.
Returns and Exchanges must be in NEW condition with all the original stickers, tags and packaging. Returns that do not satisfy these requirements may be charged a restocking fee or may not be eligible for any refund.

Our products are covered for manufacturing defects for 6 months from the date of purchase.
CliC Eyewear will repair or replace any pair of glasses found to be defective - exclusive of damage caused by improper or unreasonable use with the same style glasses. Upon approval, warranty claims are entitled to a one-time replacement for original items.
The warranty does not apply to normal wear, including lens scratching or accidental breakage.
