Standard orders
Orders placed by noon Central Time on business days generally ship the same day from Appleton, Wisconsin. Orders placed later, on weekends, or on warehouse closure days generally ship the next business day.
Prescription & custom lenses
Our stated turnaround is 14 days. We often finish sooner, and your order will update when it is ready to ship. If we need more information, our team will contact you.

Open your order to see shipment tracking and available delivery estimates. A tracking number can appear before the carrier picks up your package. Items shipped separately have their own tracking details.
