Order & Shipping

Shipping is free on every order — no minimum.

1. Place your order

Orders placed by noon Central Time on business days generally ship the same day. Orders placed later, on weekends, or on warehouse closure days generally ship the next business day.

2. Exceptions

Prescription and custom lens orders have a stated 14-day turnaround before shipment. We often finish sooner; we’ll update your order when it is ready to ship. 

3. It ships free

Free USPS Ground Advantage typically arrives in 5–10 business days — or upgrade to Priority Mail at checkout for 3–5 business day delivery.

4. Track it to your door

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information as soon as your order ships.
