Policy

Send your frames or glasses back for an exchange or refund within 30 days of your original order date. Your exchange or refund value will be the original amount paid at the time of purchase.

Requirements

Returns and exchanges must be in new, unworn condition with all the original stickers, tags, and packaging. Returns that don't meet these requirements may be charged a restocking fee or may not be eligible or a refund.

Exceptions

Prescription and Custom lenses are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged as these are custom ordered to individual specifications.

Final Sale items ending in $.99 are final sale and can't be returned or exchanged.

Too small?

Did you try extending the metal arms at the temples all the way? If you need more length from front to back, that usually does the trick — no return needed.

How it works

1. Return Center

You'll need your order number and the email address used when placing your order.

2. Package your return

Place your glasses and their packaging in the original shipping box.

3. Ship it back

Attach the return label securely and drop the package off at your local post office.

4. Exchange or refund

Once we receive it, we'll ship your requested exchange or refund to your original payment method.
