Glasses are the Best!

Glasses great, initial support was quick, however have not been able to get anyone to respond to a second question since the first answer was not helpful.
Initial contact was two weeks ago. Tried following up 3 times but no response. I ordered a replacement soft head band and was unable to remove the old headband. Video that was sent was not helpful.
